Coldtown

I am very glad I went to Boskone this year. Even though Arisia was only a month ago, I have lately been feeling disconnected with fandom in a way that feels pretty shitty. I have been feeling too ‘normalized’, for lack of a better term. I don’t have time to read very much at all, and school is pretty much taking over my life. My hair has been brown for a year now, which I am not okay with. I need these conventions to keep me sane and grounded in fen culture. 

So yeah, Boskone was pretty cool. I saw Heather Dale and Tricky Pixie play, they were excellent. I have gained four whole pages on my “books to buy” list, many of which I desperately need to get my hands on they sound so good.
